iOS Accessibility Statement
Edenred is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its websites, intranet and extranet platforms, business software, and mobile applications, in accordance with Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005, and aligned with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
This accessibility statement applies to the Edenred+ mobile application for iOS.
Compliance status
Edenred+ is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, and the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4, due to the non-conformities and exemptions listed below.
Test results
A compliance audit was conducted by Creatiwity SAS, 1 rue de Savoie 75006 Paris, France. The audit concluded that Edenred+ partially meets accessibility standards.
Non-accessible content
Areas of non-compliance
- Non-functional keyboard navigation: keyboard navigation and activation of components is not possible.
- Low contrast for input field labels: labels lack sufficient contrast, reducing readability.
- Screen reader issues with input fields: labels are read separately from their corresponding fields, reducing comprehension.
- Limited visibility of focus and hover states: these indicators are only visible when VoiceOver or TalkBack is enabled, limiting accessibility for other users.
- Incorrect rendering of components : interactive elements (e.g., help buttons, cards, menu tabs) are interpreted by VoiceOver as images rather than interactive elements, hindering usability.
