What is the Edenstep graduate program?

You are looking for challenges, international experience and new opportunities across the globe? Join our 24 months’ program where you will have the opportunity to get 2 experiences of 12 months in 2 of our 44 countries!

By joining Edenstep,  here is what you will get:

Each Edenstep participant receives individual support in the form of training and mentoring throughout the entire program.

How to apply and program structure

Application process

1. Initial Application: Submit your CV through our career website.

2. First HR Conversation: Participate in a discussion to share your motivation and ask any questions about the program.

3. Online Assessment: Assessment center and online tests

4. Manager Interview: Meet with the operational manager for the position you'll hold in your first year of the program.

Induction in September : 1 week in our HQ in Paris to meet and greet with the Global teams, understand our global strategy and meet your mentor.

Immersion : 2 * 12 months in 2 different countries in corporate or operational functions. These periods of professional immersion are completed with regular interaction and follow-ups through mentoring, regular HR Group follow-up to accelerate your development within the Group during the program and beyond!
