Edenred will propose a dividend of €1.33 per share for 2025, representing a 10% increase compared with the prior year.
This dividend will be subject to vote by the shareholders at Edenred’s Combined General Meeting,that will take place on May 7, 2026. Payment of the dividend is made entirely in cash, with an ex-dividend date of June 10, 2026 and a payment date of June 12, 2026.
