Edenred proposes a dividend of €1.10 per share for 2023, representing a 10% increase compared with the prior year.
This dividend will be submitted to shareholders for approval at Edenred’s Combined General Meeting on May 7, 2024. Payment of the dividend will be made solely in cash.
It will be paid as from June 12, 2024, with an ex-dividend date of June 10, 2024.
