Accessibility
This page outlines our commitments to digital accessibility and defines the level of compliance of this website with current regulations and standards.
What is digital accessibility?
Digital accessibility is a set of rules and best practices covering functional, graphic, technical, and editorial aspects.
Following these rules and best practices ensures that digital media (websites, mobile applications, PDF documents, etc.) are accessible to people with disabilities.
An accessible website allows users to, for example:
- Customize their display via the operating system and/or browser (enlarge or reduce font size, change font type, modify colors, disable animations, etc.).
- Navigate using assistive technologies such as speech synthesis or a Braille display.
- Navigate without using a mouse, using only the keyboard, switches, or a touch screen.
- View videos and audio content using captions and/or transcripts.
- Etc.
Digital accessibility commitments
Edenred is committed to making its websites (Internet, intranet, and extranet), mobile applications, software packages, and digital street furniture accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.

Additional remarks
Validity of the generated source code
The source code generated for the website pages is not fully valid according to the specified document type.
However, for the reasons outlined below, criterion 8.2 of the RGAA corresponding to this point has been marked as compliant.
Officially, criterion 4.1.1 of the WCAG relating to this criterion 8.2 of the RGAA has been removed from the WCAG 2.2 and must be considered as still satisfied with regard to the WCAG 2.1 and the European standard EN 301 549.
In practice, this criterion no longer has any benefit for accessibility for people with disabilities. Any accessibility issues arising from the invalidity of the generated source code are covered by other RGAA criteria.
Cookie manager
The third-party cookie manager “Onetrust” has not been subject to a complete and detailed audit.
However, it has been verified that its presence does not prevent the use and consultation of the rest of the site.

The “YouTube” video player has not been subject to a complete and detailed audit.
