What is the Edenred Studies Community?
The Edenred Studies Community give the possibility to any people to take part in Edenred studies about future products and services. After joining the community you will be invited to participate in the studies.
Who can join?
Any adult can join, whether if you are an Edenred user or not, or a client, or a merchant, you can be a part of this community.
How do I provide feedbacks?
Depending on the study type, it can be via a form (surveys, interactive prototypes) or via a visiocall (interviews, interactive prototypes)
Do I have to pay or will I get paid to join?
The Edenred Studies Community is free and volontary, you will not get paid for participating.
Can I choose to not participate to some specific studies?
Yes. During the registration process, you can decide to select the type of studies you would like to participate in. Also when you receive an invite to participate in a study, you are totally free to not perform it.
How and when will I be contacted by the Edenred team for studies?
We will contact you via e-mail for participating in the studies. Depending on the studies that we’re organizing and your interests, we may contact you twice a month or less.
How will my data be collected, stored and used?
Your data will be collected and stored using Microsoft Office 365 Saas solution. It will be accessible to the authorized personnel of Edenred SE and retained by Edenred SE for 2 years and then deleted. Read the information notice for more details.
How can I leave the program?
You can leave the program anytime by sending an e-mail to designoperations@edenred.com.
