Edenred Romania is named Best Employer by Aon Hewitt for the third year in a row

Aon Romania is the local representative of Aon Plc, a leading global provider of risk management solutions, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, human resources consulting and outsourcing services.

In the 2017 survey, 20,000 employees and 6,000 middle and top managers from 41 companies in various sectors (IT, finance, mass media etc.) were questioned.

The results of the participation showed an average employee engagement of 63%, while the Best Employer nominated companies reached an engagement score of 84%.

99% of Edenred Romania’s employees took part in the survey, giving answers that analyze the level of engagement based on three dimensions – SAY (speak positively about the company), STAY (want to stay in the company) and STRIVE (willing to make an extra effort).

In both 2015 and 2016, Edenred Romania was named as a Best Employer. In 2017, the plan continued to highlight two factors that contribute to employee commitment and durable growth: leadership and the culture of performance, which rewards performance with internal promotions and individual professional development plans.
