The Freto application is revolutionizing Brazilian truckers’ daily work
The Brazilian heavy goods haulage market, made up mainly of independent truckers, is undergoing a dramatic revolution. Thanks to Freto, a new digital service co-developed by Edenred Brazil’s subsidiary Repom, truckers can find road transport jobs independently, simply by using their smartphones.
The idea behind Freto is very simple. Truckers or companies looking to transport their goods can register in just a few clicks. The two parties can then contact one another through the application interface that maps the available truckers to the company’s job offer in real time.
The goal is to make the truckers’ everyday work easier by offering an easy-to-use and secure service. Thanks to the platform , transport missions are quickly confirmed and guaranteed. And since there are no middlemen, the drivers save time and money.
