Edenred Czech Republic receives the IT project of the year award

Aware that few of its partner restaurants were equipped with payment terminals, Edenred Czech Republic developed a mobile application accepting the Ticket Restaurant® card as a means of payment, thanks to contactless technology. 

Available on smartphones and tablets, the payment application is free of charge and allows all restaurants in the Czech Republic to make simple, fast transactions, without any fees or banking terminals.

Hosted by the Czech association of information technology directors, the 13th award ceremony brought together over 100 IT managers from the country, under the sponsorship of Pavel Bělobrádek, Deputy Prime Minister for Research and Innovation, and Jan Bartošek, Vice-President of the Parliament of the Czech Republic.
