“We are all honored to see that Edenred Brazil has been recognized as a Great Place to Work for the 20th time, winning the top award in the “Medium-sized and multinational companies” category for employee integration and the promotion of healthy balance between work and private life.
The human resources practices that we have introduced have contributed to the improvement in the performance of our employees, to the development and commitment of our talents and to the building of trustful relations with management. It is the sense of belonging at Edenred Brazil that enables us to keep our place in these rankings”
José Ricardo Amaro, Human Resources Manager at Edenred Brazil.
A concrete illustration? The introduction of the “Viva Melhor” program - “Living better”. This program reinforces all of the advantages already on offer to Edenred Brazil’s employees to improve their well-being and health, both inside and outside the company.
Edenred Brazil goes beyond national labor legislation, by taking actions, which essentially aim to prevent illness and improve the quality of life of its employee’s.
One example is the “Edenred in the Measure” program, which promotes good eating habits and raises awareness on the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle.
Numerous initiatives have also been taken to integrate employees and further their development, such as internal mobility programs and an annual event dedicated to exchanges between senior managers and young talents aged under 26.
Organized by the Great Place to Work [GPTW) Institute in collaboration with Época magazine in more than 50 countries, this certificate of excellence rewards companies that are great places to work: the national awards are amongst the most important on the market.
