Demand for this type of solution, which meets corporate clients' needs to comply with local regulations on the traceability of wages, is particularly strong in the building industry.

A partnership with RakBank to propose a complete offer
The C3 card can be used to make withdrawals from more than 350 ATMs and physical or online payments. When connected to the C3 mobile application, it offers financial services that were not previously available to workers without bank accounts: real-time balances, records of transactions, mobile recharges, etc.
Thanks to this partnership between C3 and RakBank, the national bank of Ras el Khaïmah founded in 1976, users will also be able to access micro-credit and, most importantly, transfer money in real time to several countries in South-East Asia using RakMoney Transfer.
The partnership deal was signed on May 1 in the presence of Peter England, RakBank’s CEO, and Marwan Hachem, Edenred’s Managing Director, Africa & Middle East, at a press conference at the Seamless Middle-East exhibition in Dubai, which is the biggest trade show in the region for payment facilities, e-commerce and retailing.
On the same occasion, a conference on future of the digital payroll solutions and the issue of financial inclusion was organized in the presence of Laurent Pellet, Edenred’s Chief Operating Officer, Asia-Pacific and Middle East, Anas Zaidan, Chief Executive Officer of C3, Ray Brash, Chairman of PPS and Peter England, Chief Executive Officer of RakBank.
