Back to school for the Edenstep 2018 graduates
Eight new graduates recently set off on an international professional adventure as part of the Edenstep program. On September 3 in Paris, they started an integration program that will take in several subsidiaries, before setting off on their first assignment.
Edenstep is Edenred’s graduate program that was first launched in 2017. This year the program has welcomed eight recent graduates. They will spend 24 months in total immersion in a professional adventure in seven Edenred offices, from Singapore, to Brazil and Italy. The missions on offer in this international voluntary program in the private sector will give these young hand-picked talents an opportunity to be involved their first professional project in a fast-changing international group.
At the heart of Edenred
During their integration week, the graduates in the second Edenstep program had the opportunity to meet several members of Edenred’s Executive Committee to discuss various topics, from strategy and new payment technologies, to new activities and corporate social responsibility.
They also met the mentors who will support them throughout their stay at Edenred.
A passeport for success
In this first week, the eight new Edensteppers also took part in workshops, a team-building exercise and a special meeting with the teams from head office. Their adventure will continue in smaller groups when they discover the operational activities in Belgium, the UK, and France for one week. This will be the last stage before they set off to their host countries!
