Gilles Coccoli studied at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (United States) and HEC.
He began his career in 1994 as an auditor for Arthur Andersen. He joined Edenred Brazil in 1997 as Project Director, and then became Director for Finance and Technology. In 2007, he was appointed Managing Director of Edenred Turkey; two years later, he was chosen to head PrePay Solutions, Edenred’s European authorization and redemption platform. In 2012, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development.

He became Chief Operating Officer of Edenred Brazil (2013), Chief Operating Officer Americas (2019), then Chief Operating Officer, Payment Solutions & New Markets in 2022.
