Patrick Bataillard is a graduate of EM Lyon with a Diploma in Accounting and Finance (DECF).
He began his career at Ernst & Young in 1986. Four years later, he joined CCMX (Concept group) where he held several jobs. In 1998, he joined Norbert Dentressangle as a financial controller, before becoming Chief Financial Officer of the Transport division in 2000. In 2001, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Norbert Dentressangle group and Executive Board member in charge of support functions. Following the acquisition of Norbert Dentressangle by US group XPO Logistics, Patrick Bataillard acted as Chief Financial Officer for the group until 2015.
In November 2015, he became Executive Vice President, Finance for Edenred Group.
