Since 2004, Edenred and the French survey institute Ipsos have been undertaking an annual survey on the professional perceptions and expectations of employees. 

On this section, access to

First launched in France, and then broadened to other European countries, and expanded to include America and Asia in 2016, the study was conducted among 100,000 employees.

Identification of employee concerns

The goal: to precisely find out what employees think of their working conditions. 
Every year, the questionnaire covers recurring themes organized around five key indicators:

  • the confidence of employees in the future of their company,
  • their professional concerns,
  • their well-being at work,
  • changes in their motivation,
  • loyalty to their company.

HR aspects are added to these core themes, making it possible to explore current topics such as employability, longer working lives and the shift to digital.
