Edenred Uruguay, 2nd place in the Great Place to Work ranking

The Great Place to Work (GPTW) institute has ranked Edenred's subsidiary as one of the best companies to work for in Uruguay.

The GPTW institute analyzes employee working conditions based on three key factors: trust, pride in work undertaken and enjoyment. This year, the Uruguayan subsidiary was once again included in the ranking of the best audited companies.

"The well-being of our employees is an essential condition for the satisfaction of our clients. By training our teams, sharing our experiences and celebrating victories, we help our employees be more efficient." summarizes Gabriela Yaffe, Managing Director for Edenred Uruguay.

The Group encourages efforts to improve employee well-being in its subsidiaries with the aim of having them all engaged in a certification process by 2016.

Latin America at the forefront

The GPTW institute had already recognized Edenred's Latin American subsidiaries last year in the best multinational workplace category.
