Appointments at Edenred

Jacques Adoue is appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility

Jeanne Renard becomes Senior Vice President, Transformation

Jacques Adoue, 54, began his career in 1987 as Agency Director at Franfinance. In 1990, he joined Euroman as a recruitment consultant, before taking up the position of Human Resources Director France at Porcher Distribution in 1993. In 1996, he joined Virgin Stores as Director of Human Resources and Internal Communications for Southern Europe, before becoming Deputy Group Human Resources Director at SFR in 2000. In 2006, he joined Accor as Human Resources Director of the Group's Hotels division in France, before taking up the position of Human Resources Director for France and Southern & Central Europe at Capgemini in 2009. In 2017, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility at Edenred, and member of the Executive Committee.
Jacques Adoue is a graduate of IEP Bordeaux and holds a master's degree in management. His appointment will be effective as of July 1, 2017.

Jeanne Renard, previously Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility, becomes Senior Vice President, Transformation, reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Jeanne Renard, 42, started her career in 1999 as a finance consultant at British Telecom. She later became Engagement Manager in the Human Capital Management division of IBM Business Consulting Services. In 2004, she was appointed Senior Manager at BearingPoint before going on to become Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman in 2010. She joined Edenred in 2011 as Deputy Director reporting to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and General Secretary of the Executive Committee. In 2012, she became Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility, before being appointed Senior Vice President, Transformation in 2017. 

Jeanne Renard has an engineering degree from the Grenoble Institute of Technology and is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Hydraulique et de Mécanique.
