The first shareholders meeting took place on May 13, 2011

The first Shareholders Meeting gathered more than 200 people together. All the resolutions were approved, among them a dividend at €0,50 per share, giving this year a dividend payout ratio close to  70% of recurring profit after tax. The ex-date is on May 26, 2011 and the payment date is on May 31, 2011.
