Edenred has just issued its first Registration Document.

This annual publication includes detailed information about the Group’s business, corporate social responsibility performance and corporate governance structures, as well as the 2010 financial statements and the resolutions presented at the Annual Shareholders Meeting.

It was registered with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on April 13, 2011.
