Receive training throughout your career
Training to develop skills is a key priority for Edenred Human Resources. In order to continue to meet the needs of constantly evolving companies and to adapt to new technological challenges, we offer our employees training programmes that focus on their specific professional needs and that are relevant to the day-to-day work of our teams. Edenred commits to providing its employees with at least one training programme a year.
Local and global training
Each zone or country has its own training plan, based on the country’s strategic objectives and an annual analysis of training needs – e.g. customer relations techniques for call-centre operators in France, new technologies in Argentina, leadership in Chile, crisis communications in Central Europe, etc.
As well as these local programmes, we offer international training, dealing with topics such as ethics, knowledge of the company, understanding our corporate culture, or that respond to technological issues common to many countries.
Since 2009, Edenred has offered training programmes on introducing card programmes for all of its countries in order to help them as they take on more digital formats.
Talents
Edenred has also introduced a module aimed at young people with high potential from across the entire world. "Talents Weeks” takes place twice a year and deals with themes such as change management, intercultural management and strategic priorities of Edenred.
