Our orientation programmes aim to help our staff to quickly find their place in the company, learn how to share their expertise and where they should most focus on developing their skills, so that they can grow quickly as part of Edenred.
In addition, our orientation programmes function as an initial exposure to our corporate culture and our characteristic atmosphere of friendliness, exchange and simplicity.
We offer numerous types of orientation courses depending on the job that you are interested in and the local situation in the country where you will be working:
- Induction days and opportunities to talk with other new recruits.
- Meetings with departmental heads, operations managers and, where appropriate, members of the Executive Committee.
