Edenred encourages its staff to find the right balance between their own well-being and the company's growth goals by giving them a wide range of solutions such as workplace concierge services, support for parents of young children, help with childcare, medical services for staff, etc.

Edenred also regularly assesses the quality of the company atmosphere through internal opinion surveys and encourages certification applications like “Best WorkPlace” across the world. Local HR policies make it an aim to earn these accreditations, which are a mark of gratitude from employees towards their company.
