Jacques Stern
Chairman & CEO, Edenred
Graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lille, Jacques Stern began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an external auditor. He joined Accor in 1992 and occupied various financial roles before becoming the Accor Group Chief Financial Officer in January 2003. In 2005, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer, in charge of Purchasing and Information Systems and Member of the Executive Committee. In March 2009, Jacques Stern was appointed Deputy Managing Director. Since December 2009, he has been Deputy Managing Director in charge of Services and Finance.
The 29th June of 2010, he became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Edenred, world leader in prepaid corporate services.
Jean-Louis Claveau
Chief Operating Officer, Hispanic Latin America and North America
Began his career with Ticket Restaurant® in 1977. Sales Manager in Brazil, then Managing Director in Argentina, he developed the services business in Uruguay and Chile. Since 1997, he has been managing the Americas areas (excluding Brazil).
Laurent Delmas
Chief Operating Officer, France
He joined Accor in 1989, and was, in turn, Managing Director in Turkey and then in the USA before becoming Director of Accor Services for the UK, North America and South Africa. He has been director of the French subsidiary since January 2009.
Philippe Dufour
Vice President, Strategy and Development
Founding Chairman of PrePay Technologies, a company bought by Accor Services in 2007. He was involved in the creation of the joint venture (Accor Services – MasterCard) Prepay Solutions, of which he was the Deputy Managing Director. In January 2010, he was appointed Director of Strategy and Development.
Arnaud Erulin
Chief Operating Officer, Central Europe and Scandinavia
Joined Accor Services in 1993. In 2003, he became Director of International Marketing and Corporate Communication for Accor World Services. Then in 2004, he was appointed Managing Director of Accor Services Hungary. Since 2007, he has been in charge of the area of Central Europe and Scandinavia.
Graziella Gavezotti
Chief Operating Officer, Italy
Began her career with Accor Services in 1976 and launched Ticket Restaurant® in Italy. Since 2003, she has been managing the Italian subsidiary, and became the leader on this market in her country.
Loïc Jenouvrier
Vice President, Finance, Information Systems and Legal Affairs
His whole career has been spent with Accor or in subsidiaries of the Group since 1990. Member of the Management Board – Chief Financial Officer of the Lucien Barrière Group until 2008, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer in charge of Legal in January 2009.
Philippe Maurette
Vice President, Human Resources
Appointed to this post with Accor Service in June 2008, he manages the international Human Resources policy. He has been successively Partner of Bossard Consultants, then Director of Human Resources at Cartier International, and Managing Director of the Swiss watchmaker Sowind Group.
Oswaldo Melantonio Filho
Chief Operating Officer, Brazil
Part of the Accor Group for 27 years. A Brazilian citizen, he helped especially to develop Accor Services’ leadership in Brazil, the largest market for Accor Services.
Laurent Pellet
Chief Operating Officer, Southern Europe and South Africa
He has had 16 years of experience within the Group where he started out as an auditor, 8 years of which were spent in senior management of subsidiaries: Hungary (1999-2004) and Venezuela from 2004. Since 2007, he has been Managing Director of Southern Europe and South Africa area.
Bernard Rongvaux
Chief Operating Officer, Northern Europe, Africa and Middle East
Joined the Belgium office in 1982 as Business and Financial Director. He then took on various management posts, particularly in Belgium. In January 2009, he was appointed Managing Director of the Northern Europe, Middle East and Africa area.
Eliane Rouyer-Chevalier
Vice President, Corporate Communication, Investor Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility
Joined Accor in 1983. In 1992, she set up the management of financial communication for the Group and became Director of Investor Relations and Financial Communication. In January 2010, she was appointed Director of Internal and External Communications, Press Relations, Finance and the Corporate Social Responsibility policy of Edenred.
