Compensation policy 


On 29 June 2010, the Board of Directors set up a compensation and appointments committee. The mission of this committee is on the one hand to prepare the decisions of the Board of Directors relating to the compensation of company managers and the policy of allocating stock and share options (as well as, if necessary, the policy of allocating performance shares) and, on the other hand, to help develop the structure of the Company’s executive bodies.

The compensation package for members of the Board of Directors of the Company for the fiscal year 2010 will be set out in the reference document 2010, which the Company will file with the Autorité des marchés financiers (Financial Markets Authority) and include in the Board of Directors report at the Company shareholders’ meeting, in accordance with the provisions in articles L. 225-102 and L. 225-102-1 of the French Commercial Code.
