2002
Creation of the Accor Group Sustainable Development Department, in charge of environmental, economic and social issues.



2003

The Accor Group joins the United Nations Global Compact.
           


2005

Accor Services launches the “Alimentation & Equilibre” (“nutrition& balance”) programme for the users of vouchers linked to food (Ticket Restaurant® and Ticket Alimentación®).
           


2006
Accor Group launches the Sustainable Development programme, which structures the campaigns conducted in relation to corporate social responsibility around eight priorities (local development, child protection, fight against epidemics, balanced diet, energy, water, waster, biodiversity).
           


2007
First year of the World Day for Accor Services partners for Sustainable Development.



2008
Accor Services convention centred around the theme of corporate social responsibility.
Creation of a network of Sustainable Development representatives.
Definition of the objectives in terms of corporate social responsibility for 2008-2010.



2009
Launch of the FOOD project, co-financed by the European Commission and bringing together a public-private consortium of more than 20 partners, whose objective is to promote balanced nutrition with restaurants and employees.



2010
           
Creation of the Corporate Social Responsibility Department of Edenred;
Launch of a working group on the Edenred Corporate Social Responsibility project.

Edenred France shifts to recycled paper for all Ticket Restaurant® and Ticket Service vouchers

In 2012, all Ticket Restaurant® and Ticket Service vouchers issued by Edenred France will be printed on 100% recycled paper with FSC certification.
